Ⅰ.Identify the Cause of Phase Loss
Before initiating any corrective measures, it is essential to determine the specific cause of the phase loss. Possible reasons include:
1. Grid Issues: One phase of the power supply is disconnected, or the three-phase voltage is unbalanced.
2. Equipment Failure: Problems with the controller's power supply, loose connections, or circuit breaker failure.
3. External Factors: Such as load imbalance or aging of electrical equipment.

1. Check the Controller's Phase Loss Protection Function: Ensure that the phase loss detection function within the controller is working properly and can accurately identify the loss of any phase.

4. Inspect Connections: Verify that the input and output wiring of the controller is correct, and ensure the power supply phase sequence matches the controller's input phase sequence.
5. Select Suitable Phase Loss Protection Devices: Choose phase loss protection relays appropriate for the rated voltage and current of the capacitor bank, ensuring their sensitivity and stability.
6. Preventive Maintenance: Regularly maintain the capacitor bank and controller, such as cleaning the capacitor cabinet, replacing aging components, and checking the effectiveness of protection devices.
